What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns and exchanges subject to the following conditions:

A return authorization number must be included in your return/exchange. Please request a number via e-mail at mail@elsabelle.com.
Include the following info: customer name, order and/or invoice number, indicate the item being returned or exchanged, and specify the reason for the return/exchange.
Returns must be received by us within 14 days of your receipt date.
A refund will be issued in the original form of payment if items are returned in this time frame-less all shipping fees.
All shipping fees are non-refundable and shipping fees for returns/exchanges are customer's responsibility. We are not responsible for lost shipping returns.
Please allow 30 days for credit to appear on your credit card statement.
All items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and all original tags must be attached in original packaging. If we feel the items are not resaleable due to odor etc. we will not refund the item and you are responsible for shipping fees.
Returns should be packed carefully. We recommend using USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and insure package for their value. Elsa Belle is not responsible for lost or damaged goods.
Holiday and Seasonal items are not returnable 10 days before or any time after the holiday.
Swimwear, pacifiers, undergarments, hoisery, and hair accessories are not returnable. TOP
Can designer clothing be machine washed?
Most can be washed in the delicate cycle. Please follow all care label instructions as some designer clothing can be delicate and may not hold up with active children. Therefore, we do not accept returns on items that were damaged while worn or washed.

What are the shipping rates?
We charge a flat $8.00 shipping fee and use USPS. We ship to the 48 continental states. Sorry, but international orders are not accepted at this time.
If you need express delivery please contact us and we will give you the rates.
In-stock items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Please allow 3-10 business days for receipt of orders. We try our best to make sure you receive your orders in a timely manner but shipping destinations and unforessen circumstances may alter transit time. |
